vivo has officially launched the new vivo G3, the direct successor to the G2 introduced earlier this year. 
The standout feature of this mid-range device is its massive 6,000 mAh battery, paired with 44W fast charging to keep downtime minimal.
The phone sports a 6.74-inch LCD display with a resolution of 720×1600 pixels and a smooth 90 Hz refresh rate. Photography is handled by a 13 MP rear camera and a 5 MP front camera, keeping things basic but functional.
Under the hood, the G3 runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, coupled with either 6GB or 8GB of RAM and storage options of 128GB or 256GB. The device includes a side-mounted fingerprint scanner integrated into the power button for quick and secure access.
In terms of size, it measures 167.3 x 76.95 x 8.19 mm and weighs 204 grams, striking a balance between a large battery and manageable design. At launch, vivo is offering the G3 only in black, priced at CNY 1,499 (around $208) for the 6/128GB model, and CNY 1,999 (around $278) for the 8/256GB version. Currently, availability is limited to China, with no word yet on international release plans.
