Redmi is gearing up to launch its Note 15 Pro lineup in China on August 21, and the spotlight is already on the top-tier Redmi Note 15 Pro+.

The company has teased the design through official images, confirming that the phone will retain a look similar to last year’s Note 14 Pro+ while refining some key details.

The Note 15 Pro+ will sport a triple rear camera system, a sleek curved body, and a quad-curved display for a more immersive viewing experience. It will also be protected by Xiaomi’s Dragon Crystal Glass on the front and a fiberglass back, designed to handle over 50 drops onto granite from 2 meters without shattering – an impressive durability claim for a mid-range flagship.

Under the hood, the device is expected to run on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chip, but with an overclocked 2.71 GHz core spotted in Geekbench benchmarks. This offers a boost over the standard 2.5 GHz version, suggesting Redmi is fine-tuning performance for gamers and heavy multitaskers. The listing also revealed 16GB of RAM and Android 15 out of the box, putting the phone in premium territory despite its midrange label.

Other rumored features include satellite connectivity, a 1.5K resolution display, and a massive 7,000–8,000 mAh battery – nearly unheard of in its class. A 50MP telephoto camera is also tipped, which could bring serious zoom capabilities to the Note series for the first time.

With the official launch just days away, Redmi is positioning the Note 15 Pro+ as a performance-focused, durable smartphone that could rival more expensive models. All eyes are on August 21 to see if it lives up to the hype.
