At its 828 Fan Festival in China, Realme unveiled two ambitious concept smartphones designed to show off the company’s R&D muscle. The first, a device packing a massive 15,000mAh battery, promises up to five days of runtime on a single charge.
The second, dubbed the Chill Fan Phone, combines a 10,000mAh battery with an integrated cooling system built for gamers.
The 15,000mAh model showcases Realme’s experimental battery technology. Built on a 100% silicon anode design, the cell achieves 1,200 Wh/L energy density – four times higher than conventional batteries. Despite its size, the phone is just 8.89mm thick and features a 6.48mm battery module. Realme claims the handset can deliver more than 50 hours of video playback, 18 hours of continuous recording, and around 30 hours of gaming. Reverse charging is also included, effectively turning the phone into a power bank. Leaks suggest it runs on MediaTek’s Dimensity 7300 with 12GB RAM, 256GB storage, and a 6.7-inch display, shipping with Realme UI 6.0 on Android 15.
The Chill Fan Phone takes a different approach, aiming squarely at gamers. It integrates a three-tier cooling system: a 7,700mm² vapor chamber, a built-in spinning fan, and a thermoelectric cooler. Together, they can drop device temperatures by up to 6°C, allowing extended high-FPS gaming across more than 20 popular titles. The design resembles the Realme GT7 series but introduces the eye-catching IseSense Ultra back, shifting color from white to blue as temperatures drop.
While neither of these futuristic prototypes is headed for commercial release, they highlight Realme’s intent to experiment with radical ideas in battery longevity and thermal management – two of the biggest challenges in modern smartphones.

15k mAh but still only 8.9mm thick?? sounds sus
realme just flexing, they never gonna release these
reverse charging is neat but who needs 30h gaming straight??
