It features 14 cores, 28 threads, a 3.30 GHz base frequency, and up to 4.60 GHz max turbo frequency for demanding creation, multitasking, and enthusiast PC builds. A 19.25 MB Intel Smart Cache helps support responsive performance across heavy applications. This processor uses the FCLGA2066 socket and is compatible with Intel X299 chipset-based motherboards. It also supports Intel Optane Memory. Discrete graphics are required, and this processor does not include a fan or heat sink.
