Description

The Intel Core i7-5820K is a Haswell-E desktop processor built for multi-core workloads and enthusiast PC builds. It features 6 cores, a 3.3 GHz base clock, and support for Intel Turbo Boost Technology 2.0 for added performance when needed. Designed for the LGA 2011-v3 socket, it supports DDR4-2133 memory through an integrated memory controller. Additional highlights include 15 MB of L3 cache, 6 x 256 KB L2 cache, Intel Smart Cache, Intel Quick Path Interconnect, and Intel HD Boost.
