With Google’s big Pixel 10 launch event just over a week away, it’s fair to say the element of surprise is… well, gone.
Thanks to the latest and most reliable leaks yet, we now have a crystal-clear picture of the entire Pixel 10 family – the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL, and the foldable Pixel 10 Pro Fold.
The ‘vanilla’ Pixel 10: compact power
The base Pixel 10 packs a 6.3-inch Actua display, the new Google Tensor G5 chip, 12GB of RAM, and a triple rear camera setup (48MP + 13MP + 10.8MP) with 20x zoom and 4K video recording. A 10.5MP front camera with autofocus, Pixelsnap wireless charging, and a promised 24+ hours of battery life round out the package. Storage options include 128GB or 256GB, and you’ll get color choices of Obsidian, Indigo, Frost, and Limoncello.
While not a radical redesign from the Pixel 9, the Pixel 10 keeps a smooth 120Hz refresh rate and familiar resolution. For many, the real intrigue will be whether Google’s claimed all-day-plus battery life holds up in everyday use – perhaps thanks to improved standby efficiency.
Pixel 10 Pro and Pro XL: turning things up
Moving up, the Pixel 10 Pro (6.3-inch) and Pixel 10 Pro XL (6.8-inch) bring Super Actua displays, 16GB of RAM, and a mighty 50MP + 48MP + 48MP rear camera array with 100x zoom and 8K recording. The 42MP selfie cam with autofocus should make even casual shots pop. Colorways include Obsidian, Porcelain, Jade, and Moonstone.
Aside from the zoom jump, much of the spec sheet mirrors last year’s Pro models – but wireless Pixelsnap charging and refined performance could still make this a tempting upgrade.
Pixel 10 Pro Fold: one to watch
The most anticipated member of the lineup, the Pixel 10 Pro Fold, offers an 8-inch Super Actua Flex main display, a 6.4-inch secondary screen, 16GB RAM, and a versatile triple camera with 20x zoom. Likely powered by the same Tensor G5 as the others, it should come in 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB flavors, with a 5,000mAh battery expected to significantly improve runtime. Launching later in the year, it could be one of the strongest foldable contenders of 2025 – though some fans still wish it had stylus support for note-taking and creative work.
