Oppo has officially expanded its ecosystem with the launch of two new devices – the Oppo Pad 5 Android tablet and the Oppo Watch S. Announced in China alongside the flagship Find X9 series, both gadgets are designed to strengthen Oppo’s presence across premium performance and connected wearables, targeting users who seek productivity blended with style.
Oppo Pad 5: A Productivity-Focused Tablet
The new Oppo Pad 5 steps into the high-performance tablet market with a 12.1-inch LCD panel boasting a sharp 3000 × 2120 resolution and a buttery-smooth 144Hz refresh rate. 
Its 7:5 aspect ratio makes it ideal for reading, drawing, or split-screen multitasking – a choice that sets it apart from more cinematic 16:10 and 21:9 screens. The display delivers 900 nits of peak brightness and Dolby Vision support, ensuring vivid colors and strong visibility even under bright lighting conditions.
Powering the device is MediaTek’s new Dimensity 9400+ chipset with the Immortalis G925 MC12 GPU, designed for demanding tasks and next-gen gaming. The tablet can be configured with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage, ensuring fast app loading and efficient multitasking. The Oppo Watch S brings refined design with a 1.46-inch AMOLED display (464 × 464 pixels) capable of a stunning 3,000 nits peak brightness – one of the brightest in the smartwatch segment. Slim at 8.9mm and weighing only 35g without the strap, it fits comfortably on any wrist. Inside, it packs multiple health and fitness sensors – including a heart rate monitor, SpO2, ECG, and even a wrist temperature tracker – ensuring comprehensive health tracking.
Running on ColorOS Watch 7.1 and powered by the BES2800BP chipset, the smartwatch includes 4GB of internal storage, dual-band GPS, and Bluetooth 5.2 for smooth connectivity. Its 330mAh battery promises up to 10 days of usage on a single charge, which places it among the most efficient Android smartwatches. Pricing starts at CNY 1,299 ($185) for the standard variants and CNY 1,499 ($210) for the Vibrant Green version.
