Maxsun has officially unveiled its latest innovation: the Arc Pro B60 48G Liquid Edition, a single-slot, liquid-cooled GPU designed to redefine the limits of high-performance workstation configurations. 
This release represents a significant leap for Maxsun’s AI workstation systems, offering engineers, researchers, and AI developers an unprecedented combination of density, power efficiency, and cooling efficiency in a compact form factor.
The company’s flagship W790 motherboard features seven PCIe 5.0 x16 slots, but until now, spatial limitations meant that users could only install four of Maxsun’s dual-slot Arc Pro B60 48G Turbo GPUs. The introduction of the new Liquid Edition completely changes that. By integrating a high-end custom liquid cooling solution developed in collaboration with the Japanese manufacturer Abee, Maxsun has managed to reduce the GPU’s thickness to just one slot – without compromising on performance or thermals.
This design not only improves cooling efficiency but also makes it possible to fully populate all seven PCIe slots for the first time. The GPUs feature right-side liquid connectors for easy loop integration, optimized for the Abee Designer C700W chassis – a massive, airflow-optimized case capable of handling large radiators and complex water loops. Abee’s engineering ensures that even under extreme workloads, thermal stability remains impeccable, keeping GPU clocks consistent during demanding AI computations or rendering sessions.
With seven Arc Pro B60 48G Liquid Editions installed, users can now harness a total of 336 GB of GDDR6 memory, a 75% increase compared to the previous quad-GPU setup that offered 192 GB of VRAM. This vast memory pool dramatically enhances the system’s ability to handle enormous AI models, 3D simulations, and neural training datasets – effectively transforming the W790 into a compact supercomputer for deep learning tasks.
According to Maxsun, the new single-slot configuration not only maximizes GPU density but also boosts system efficiency by allowing uniform airflow and optimized liquid cooling across all seven GPUs. Each GPU maintains consistent temperature regulation, ensuring prolonged stability even during full-load AI workloads. For professionals working in data science, machine learning, and digital content creation, this setup could be a game-changer.
As for pricing, Maxsun has not yet disclosed an official MSRP for the Liquid Edition. However, given its advanced cooling integration and redesigned chassis compatibility, it is expected to be priced between $1300 and $1500 – a slight premium over the Turbo model. Equipping all seven cards would cost around $9,000 to $10,000 in GPUs alone, positioning this setup as a premium solution for enterprises and AI research labs.
