Lords of the Fallen II Reveals PC Requirements and Upcoming Features

Lords of the Fallen II Reveals PC System Requirements Ahead of 2026 Launch

The highly anticipated sequel to the 2014 fantasy action RPG, Lords of the Fallen II, has already provided eager gamers with its PC system requirements, even though the game’s official release is still months, if not over a year, away. Despite the long wait, the game’s developer and publisher, CI Games, has listed the system specs on its Epic Games Store page. However, these requirements come with a caveat – they don’t provide much detail in terms of target resolution, frame rate, or graphics settings, which makes them somewhat vague for now.

Minimum System Requirements

  • Operating System: Windows 11
  • CPU: Intel i5 8400 or AMD Ryzen 5 2600
  • Memory: 12 GB RAM
  • Graphics Card: NVIDIA RTX 2060 or AMD Radeon RX 5700

Recommended System Requirements

  • Operating System: Windows 11
  • CPU: Intel i7 8700 or AMD Ryzen 5 3600
  • Memory: 16 GB RAM
  • Graphics Card: NVIDIA RTX 3080 or AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT

Interestingly, the listing also reveals the languages in which the game will be subtitled, including English, French, German, Italian, Spanish (Spain), Korean, Portuguese (Brazil), Japanese, Polish, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), and Russian. This diverse selection of languages reflects CI Games’ ambition to reach a wide global audience.

The game, which will be powered by Unreal Engine 5, promises to take advantage of the latest advancements in the engine, potentially delivering a smoother performance than its predecessor, which had performance issues at launch. Players can expect better graphics and less stuttering thanks to the improvements in UE5.

Lords of the Fallen II was officially revealed at Gamescom 2025 with a stunning cinematic trailer. Along with the trailer, CI Games confirmed that the game is slated for release in 2026. Set centuries after the original game, Lords of the Fallen II will maintain the unique dual-world mechanic, with players navigating between the world of the living, Axiom, and the encroaching realm of the dead, Umbral. The developers promise an epic adventure where players will need to stop Umbral’s ever-advancing takeover of the living world.

CI Games has also stated that they are listening to player feedback and have already made adjustments to the combat system, aiming to provide a more balanced experience. This, along with the promises of new features, will hopefully ensure a smoother and more enjoyable game than the first installment, which received mixed reactions upon release. With these improvements, the developers are aiming for what they hope will be an “Empire Strikes Back” moment for the franchise, a sequel that outshines the original.

12GB of RAM for minimum? That’s a lot. Hope it runs well on lower-end PCs

I think CI Games has learned a lot from the first one. The combat balance should be a huge improvement

Why does it take so long to release a game these days? 2026 feels too far away
