The iQOO 15 is shaping up to be one of the most exciting flagship launches of the year, but fans may have to wait a little longer than expected.
While earlier speculation pointed to a September debut right after Qualcomm unveils its Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chipset, fresh leaks from China now suggest the reveal will be pushed to October.
According to the rumor, the iQOO 15 will feature a premium Samsung-made display paired with a vivo-developed gaming chip for enhanced performance. Past reports have hinted at a 6.85-inch flat AMOLED panel boasting QHD+ resolution, alongside a triple rear camera setup with three 50 MP sensors, including a periscope telephoto lens capable of 3x optical zoom. Additional highlights may include an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint scanner and a massive 7,000 mAh battery supporting blazing-fast 100W wired charging.
The iQOO 15 lineup could also expand with an Ultra variant slated for next year, potentially bringing physical gaming trigger buttons, a built-in active cooling fan, and wireless charging to the mix. If these leaks prove accurate, iQOO fans have a powerhouse device to look forward to, albeit with a slightly later launch date than originally expected.
