Infinix has officially expanded its tablet lineup with the launch of the Xpad 20 Pro, a more powerful sibling to the Xpad 20 released earlier this year.
After months of speculation and leaks appearing in certifications, the Pro version has now debuted in Thailand via Shopee, signaling Infinix’s serious push into the mid-range tablet market.
The Xpad 20 Pro arrives with a 12-inch IPS LCD display offering a resolution of 2000×1200 pixels, a smooth 90Hz refresh rate, and a respectable peak brightness of 450 nits. While it doesn’t rival the OLED panels of pricier competitors, this screen is a notable step up for productivity and entertainment in its price bracket. The 5:3 aspect ratio, though reminiscent of older devices, might feel slightly dated for some users who prefer the modern widescreen formats.
Powering the device is MediaTek’s Helio G100 Ultimate SoC, paired with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. Storage can be further expanded up to 1TB via microSD, ensuring room for large files, games, and media libraries
. On the camera front, the tablet carries an 8MP autofocus rear lens and a 5MP front shooter – modest but sufficient for video calls and casual snapshots.
The Xpad 20 Pro also features 4G LTE connectivity, quad speakers, and a slim 6.58mm profile that makes it both portable and stylish. An 8,000 mAh battery with 18W wired charging promises solid endurance, though power users might still wish for faster charging support given the competition. Running on Android 15, the device ensures users get the latest OS features out of the box.
Perhaps the most striking aspect is the pricing. While the tablet’s official recommended price sits at THB 10,999 (about $340), it’s currently being sold for just THB 7,307 ($225) on Shopee. This aggressive discount makes the Xpad 20 Pro a very competitive option for budget-conscious buyers who want a large-screen device without compromising too much on performance or design. Available in Titanium Grey and Mist Blue, the tablet seems clearly aimed at students, casual gamers, and professionals seeking a secondary device.
Overall, the Infinix Xpad 20 Pro positions itself as a feature-packed mid-ranger with solid specs at a highly attractive price. Yet, its unconventional aspect ratio and modest cameras may divide opinions among buyers. Still, for those looking for a versatile and affordable tablet, Infinix’s latest offering could easily stand out in 2025’s crowded Android tablet market.
