After months of speculation, fresh leaks from reliable sources in China have revealed that the compact model will run on MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 processor – a surprising move since Honor’s previous Magic7 series relied exclusively on Snapdragon chips.
The choice of MediaTek marks a notable shift. 
While some fans are skeptical about long-term software support, others argue that MediaTek’s latest high-end silicon can stand toe-to-toe with Qualcomm’s best. In fact, insiders hint that Honor’s optimization efforts may deliver smoother performance and stronger efficiency than expected.
The Magic8 Mini will reportedly feature a 6.3-inch display housed in an exceptionally thin and lightweight frame.
