From the Pixel 10 lineup to other exciting unveilings, Google’s big event on August 20 will likely showcase some impressive tech to be released soon after.
While many might find this early leak of information a bit of a relief, I can’t help but feel a little disappointed by the lack of surprise. In recent years, companies like Google, Samsung, Apple, OnePlus, and even Motorola have made it a habit to let the cat out of the bag well before the official announcements, leaving little room for suspense.
But here’s a thought I couldn’t shake after reading a rather odd news piece a few days ago-what if Google still has a surprise up its sleeve? I know, it sounds far-fetched, but what if the Pixel Tablet 2 isn’t really canceled after all? What if it’s set to make a grand debut alongside the Pixel 10 series next week?
The signs don’t exactly point in that direction, though…
Before you get your hopes up, let me emphasize that this is pure speculation on my part. After all, unveiling a product like the Pixel Tablet 2 with zero buzz beforehand would be completely unprecedented, at least in the last decade or so.
