Capcom’s Big 90-Minute NYCC 2025 Showcase: What to Expect

Capcom is gearing up for a major appearance at New York City Comic-Con this October, hosting a 90-minute ‘Capcom Presents’ panel to highlight both its latest releases and upcoming projects.

The showcase will take place on Friday, October 10, 2025, at 3:45 PM on the convention’s main stage, marking one of the company’s biggest public events this year.

While Capcom will also be present at Gamescom in Germany next week-where Resident Evil Requiem is expected to be a major focus-the NYCC panel could deliver fresh updates. Speculation points to new details on Resident Evil Requiem ahead of its February 2026 launch, more footage of the recently announced mobile spin-off Resident Evil Survival Unit, and perhaps a closer look at Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection, coming to Nintendo Switch 2, PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S sometime next year.

Fans are also whispering about the possibility of a new Devil May Cry entry, as the series hasn’t seen a mainline release since 2019’s Devil May Cry 5, which remains one of Capcom’s top performers in FY2026’s first quarter. However, given NYCC’s limited history as a venue for major game reveals, bigger announcements might be saved for The Game Awards in December.

Regardless, with a full hour and a half on stage, Capcom has plenty of room to mix exciting reveals with deeper dives into its current portfolio-fans just hope it’s more than a recap of what they’ve already seen.
