The vivo X300 series is already rewriting the company’s record books. Launched in China on October 13, the vivo X300 and X300 Pro have not only drawn attention for their refined hardware and fresh features, but have also achieved remarkable sales performance. According to vivo, the first-week sales of the X300 lineup have surpassed those of the entire X200 range – an impressive feat considering that the X200 series included a Pro mini variant that was popular among compact flagship fans.
While vivo didn’t disclose exact numbers, this milestone highlights the growing appetite for balanced, high-performance smartphones in smaller form factors. 
The standard X300 acts as a spiritual successor to the X200 Pro mini, blending portability with the power and performance of a flagship device. Meanwhile, the X300 Pro delivers meaningful upgrades across the board – from its advanced camera setup and higher refresh rate display to improved battery life and thermal management.
Many users have praised the display, noting that vivo appears to have improved PWM dimming and color accuracy – a welcome change after complaints about eye strain from the previous X200 and X200 FE models. With Europe set to receive the X300 lineup by the end of the month and India following in November, vivo’s global momentum is only building. If the early buzz is any indicator, the X300 series might mark a new golden standard for compact flagships in 2025.
