iQOO 15 to Launch with Samsung M14 Display, Q3 Gaming Chip, and Periscope Camera

iQOO is preparing to shake up the flagship phone market with the upcoming iQOO 15, a device that blends cutting-edge display technology with powerful performance features.

The company recently teased the model, confirming that it will not only debut with the revamped OriginOS 6 but also bring a striking rear panel design with a color-changing finish.

The real headline, however, is the display. The iQOO 15 will feature a massive 6.85-inch QHD Samsung M14 OLED screen boasting a 144Hz refresh rate, peak brightness of 2,600 nits, and Dolby Vision certification. Industry insider UniverseIce revealed that this handset will be the first phone in the world to adopt Samsung’s M14 panel – a component that will later power Samsung’s own Galaxy S26 Ultra flagship in early 2026. This leap positions iQOO in the same arena as Apple, Google, and Samsung, who previously reserved this high-cost technology for their premium models.

Aside from the screen, iQOO is doubling down on performance and gaming. The phone will introduce the company’s in-house Q3 gaming chip, aiming to optimize framerates and stability during extended play sessions. Photography enthusiasts will appreciate the triple rear camera array, complete with a periscope telephoto lens that supports up to 100X digital zoom, placing it directly in competition with heavyweights like the Galaxy Ultra and Huawei P series. Wireless charging and a redesigned haptic motor also make the spec sheet, ensuring the device doesn’t cut corners in everyday usability.
