vivo X300 Series Set for October Launch with Bold Hardware and OriginOS 6

vivo has officially set October 13 as the launch date for its highly anticipated X300 series, with the unveiling scheduled for 7 PM local time in China.

This announcement follows a series of teasers that sparked curiosity among fans, and the company is clearly positioning the new lineup as a major step forward in both design and performance.

The series will include two models – the standard vivo X300 and the more premium vivo X300 Pro. Both devices will debut with MediaTek’s latest Dimensity 9500 chipset, offering enhanced power efficiency and stronger graphics performance. Out of the box, they will run Android 16 with OriginOS 6, vivo’s updated software layer that has already generated discussion for its striking resemblance to certain elements of Apple’s iOS 16 and 17 design language.
