vivo X300 surfaces on Geekbench with Dimensity 9500 power and bold camera setup

The upcoming vivo X300 has allegedly surfaced on Geekbench, stirring excitement and confusion among smartphone enthusiasts. According to reports, the global variant carries the model number V2515 and appeared in the online benchmark database earlier today

. If accurate, this unit is powered by MediaTek’s unreleased Dimensity 9500 chipset, delivering impressive preliminary results: a single-core score of 3,177 and a multi-core score of 9,701.

It’s important to note, however, that benchmark results from unreleased devices rarely reflect real-world performance. Early prototypes often run unoptimized software and unfinished firmware. Still, the numbers suggest vivo is preparing a serious competitor in the premium Android space. The handset reportedly packs 16GB of RAM and runs on Android 16, which would make it one of the first global phones confirmed with Google’s next-gen OS.

Speculation remains about the different model numbers. Back in August, a vivo phone listed as V2509A was also spotted in Geekbench and rumored to be the X300. The prevailing theory is that V2509A could represent the Chinese variant, while V2515 is the international model. Security is handled by an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, while the Pro variant is expected to arrive alongside it this October.
