Apple’s fall lineup just got more interesting.
While the spotlight is firmly on the upcoming iPhone 17 launch on September 9, the company is also preparing to expand its audio lineup with a new set of fitness-focused earbuds – the Powerbeats Fit.
A teaser video posted on the official Beats by Dre YouTube channel gave us the first glimpse, alongside the tagline: “Fit for every move.” Apple is keeping the details close to its chest for now, only confirming a fall 2025 release window. From the brief look, the design strongly resembles the Beats Fit Pro from 2021, which featured snug silicone wingtips, Active Noise Cancellation, Transparency mode, and Adaptive EQ.
There’s reason to believe the Powerbeats Fit will carry meaningful upgrades. Earlier this year, Apple introduced the Powerbeats Pro 2 with a slimmer frame, integrated heart rate monitoring, and the H2 audio chip. It wouldn’t be surprising if these fitness-ready features also make their way to the new model, positioning the Powerbeats Fit as a serious contender for workout enthusiasts who want premium audio and health tracking in one package.
The Powerbeats Fit isn’t the only earbud update on the horizon. Apple is also expected to finally reveal the long-awaited AirPods Pro 3 this fall, likely during the same event as the iPhone 17 announcement. That means September could bring not just new iPhones, but also a refreshed set of wireless audio options for Apple fans.
And for those who love a bit of tech nostalgia, Apple also teased its upcoming book “Iconic Phones: Revolution at Your Fingertips” – a glossy coffee table title chronicling the greatest devices of the smartphone era. Between the iPhone 17, AirPods Pro 3, and Powerbeats Fit, this fall is shaping up to be a defining moment for Apple’s ecosystem.
