Samsung has finally revealed the US pricing for its new Galaxy Tab S10 Lite, after teasing European markets earlier this week. The Wi-Fi-only base model, featuring 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, will retail at $349.
While it’s positioned as an affordable entry into Samsung’s tablet lineup, reactions online show a mix of excitement and skepticism.
The Tab S10 Lite comes with a 10.9-inch LCD display running at 90Hz, powered by the Exynos 1380 chip. It offers microSD card expansion, an 8MP rear camera, a 5MP selfie shooter, and an 8,000 mAh battery capable of 25W fast charging – Samsung promises a full charge in two hours. The device runs Android 15 with One UI 7 and, importantly, is guaranteed seven years of Android updates, which sets it apart from many budget competitors.
For those wanting more, Samsung has an 8GB RAM and 256GB storage version, with optional 5G connectivity on both variants. However, US pricing for those models has yet to be revealed.
Not everyone is impressed, though. Some see the S10 Lite as a rebranded version of older Lite models with only minor upgrades, questioning whether the $349 price is justified. Others argue that competitors like Redmi offer cheaper alternatives with similar or better value, and even Samsung’s own Galaxy Tab S9 FE – currently around $300 – could make more sense for buyers. Still, the long update policy and Samsung’s software ecosystem remain selling points for loyal fans.
