vivo has officially confirmed that the T4 Pro will launch in India on August 26 at noon, targeting the competitive INR 25,000–30,000 segment. The phone inherits much of the design DNA from the recently launched vivo V60, with a camera island reminiscent of both the V60 and X200 FE. 
However, vivo insists that the T4 Pro isn’t just a rebadged sibling, but a more performance-focused mid-ranger.
The T4 Pro will ship with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset, a quad-curved AMOLED display, and a massive 6,500 mAh battery. The device will measure 7.53mm in thickness and feature a 50MP telephoto camera powered by Sony’s IMX882 sensor, offering 3x optical zoom – something missing from many rivals like Realme’s 15 Pro.
While vivo has not yet disclosed every detail, discussions around sensors have already sparked debates. Enthusiasts are hoping the main camera will keep a larger 1/1.56” sensor instead of shrinking to 1/1.95”. Others speculate about a downgrade in the selfie camera from 50MP to 32MP. For now, the confirmed specs already make the T4 Pro an intriguing option for those who want flagship-style telephoto capabilities in a mid-range package.
The T4 Pro will be available in two colors – both said to look more striking than the V60’s palette – and will be sold via vivo’s official website, Flipkart, and offline retailers. More details are expected to trickle out before launch day, but it’s clear vivo wants to challenge competitors with a strong blend of design, battery life, and optics.
