After months of speculation, STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl finally has a firm PlayStation debut date. 
GSC Game World confirmed that the highly anticipated survival horror shooter will land on the PS5 on November 20, 2025, priced at $59.99 for the standard edition.
The news follows last month’s teaser trailer, which cheekily showed in-game characters squabbling over a zone-themed PlayStation controller. Now, the wait has an official end date, and collectors will be pleased to learn that a physical copy will launch alongside the digital release.
In addition, fans with deeper pockets can look forward to the Ultimate Habar Pack collector’s edition. However, that premium package won’t arrive until early 2026, according to the studio’s website.
One detail still under wraps is how the PS5 version will perform technically. GSC has yet to confirm what graphical settings will be available or whether PS5 Pro players will get enhanced options. With months left before launch, those details are expected to surface later.
For now, PlayStation owners can mark their calendars – after years of delays and anticipation, STALKER 2 is officially making its way into the Zone this November.
