The Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra is shaping up to be one of the most advanced tablets of the year, and a fresh leak has added new details that make it even more intriguing. According to the latest report, the device will measure just 5.1mm in thickness, slightly slimmer than the previously rumored 5.5mm.
While the difference may seem minor, it cements the S11 Ultra’s position as one of the thinnest large-screen tablets on the market.
Under the hood, the tablet is said to pack MediaTek’s cutting-edge Dimensity 9400+ processor, a 3nm powerhouse, instead of the standard 9400 mentioned in earlier rumors. Memory and storage options will reportedly start at 12GB RAM with 256GB or 512GB storage, and go up to 16GB RAM paired with a massive 1TB of space. All models will support an S Pen, making the S11 Ultra ideal for note-taking and creative work.
The display is expected to be a 14.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel with a 120Hz refresh rate, promising stunning visuals and smooth performance. Audio will be delivered through a four-speaker setup, and the tablet will feature Wi-Fi 7 for next-generation connectivity. Its 11,600mAh battery supports 45W fast wired charging, and the IP68 rating ensures resistance against dust and water.
Photography will be handled by a 13MP main rear camera alongside an 8MP secondary sensor, plus a 12MP front camera for high-quality selfies and video calls. The S11 Ultra will run Android 16 with Samsung’s One UI 8 right out of the box and will support eSIM, AI-powered features, and integration with Gemini AI tools. Available in sleek gray and silver finishes, the device is officially confirmed to launch before the end of the year.
