MINIX has launched its most powerful mini PCs to date, packing the power of AMD’s Strix Point processors, including the new Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 and Ryzen AI 9 365 chips.
These new systems offer up to 12 cores, 24 threads, and top-tier AI processing capabilities, making them ideal for everything from gaming to complex AI-driven tasks.
The flagship ER937-AI mini PC features the Ryzen AI 9 HX 370, boasting 12 cores and 24 threads with a clock speed of up to 5.1GHz. It also includes a Radeon 890M GPU with 16 Compute Units based on RDNA 3.5 architecture, making it an excellent choice for gaming, 3D rendering, and content creation
. Meanwhile, the ER936-AI offers a more budget-friendly option with the Ryzen AI 9 365, a 10-core processor that still provides impressive graphics performance thanks to the Radeon 880M GPU with 12 Compute Units.
Both mini PCs come with top-of-the-line connectivity options. The ER937-AI supports Tri-band Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, and dual 2.5G Ethernet ports for ultra-fast networking, while the ER936-AI supports Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2, along with the same Ethernet configuration. For added security, both models feature Windows Hello for fingerprint unlocking.
Both systems include 32GB of DDR5 memory and a 1TB PCIe 4.0 SSD, with the option to upgrade to 96GB of RAM and 8TB of storage. Despite their compact design, MINIX has equipped these mini PCs with a vapor chamber cooling solution to prevent overheating and keep noise levels to a minimum, ensuring stable operation even under heavy workloads.
